Hi, my name is Simon Uribe. I am a bioinformatician and data scientist specializing in clinical genomics, computational biology, and evolutionary genetics. I bring over 15 years of experience in genomic research and data analysis, with a proven track record of 19 peer-reviewed scientific publications.

I currently work at Labcorp/Invitae, a genetic diagnostics company, where I lead a team of highly skilled individual contributors. My responsibilities span daily production workflows—including assessing the quality and accuracy of patient variants—as well as the development and launch of new assays and products.
